Learn each MultiMFA product step by step

Use these guides to understand setup, onboarding, and day-to-day usage for each product in the platform. After you log in, each product has its own page in the dashboard sidebar.

Using the dashboard

The sidebar is organized by product. Open a product page to purchase, name licenses, manage users or viewers, and review activity. Users Management and SMS Activity are no longer separate sidebar items—those tools live on MultiMFA SMS and MultiMFA TOTP.

Overview: See every product and license you own. Expand a product, then open its workspace to manage it.
Share MFA Codes: Shortcut to start a new SMS or TOTP license. Choose MultiMFA Number (SMS) or MultiMFA App Code (TOTP).
MultiMFA SMS: Name numbers, purchase or upgrade licenses, add or remove relay users, and review SMS activity on one page.
MultiMFA SMS (Cell): Coming soon. Open this page to join the waitlist. Cell numbers are not available for general purchase yet.
MultiMFA TOTP: Name licenses, import apps, invite viewers, and review TOTP activity on one page.
MultiMFA Authenticator: Buy seats, invite users, and manage individual browser-based authenticator vaults.
RoboMFA (MFA via API): Shown for admins. Manage bot identities, TOTP secrets, and API credentials.
Billing: Payment methods, invoices, and bulk licenses.

MultiMFA SMS

Set up MultiMFA SMS to share verification codes with approved users, manage recipients, review delivery, and secure team account access with audits.

Best for: Teams and families that need one dedicated number for account codes.

Best for: Teams whose banks, financial services, or other providers reject VoIP SMS numbers.
