Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MultiMFA platform and related services provided by MultiMFA, Inc. ("MultiMFA", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.
1. Eligibility & Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use MultiMFA. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Free Trial
MultiMFA offers a 14-day free trial for new users, which includes one user and up to 14 MFA texts. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, continued use of the service requires selecting a paid subscription plan. Trial limitations and eligibility are subject to change at our discretion.
3. Subscriptions, Billing & Renewal
MultiMFA is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, as selected). All plans auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds are provided for partial periods. Additional users and texts beyond plan limits will incur extra charges as described on our Pricing page.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use MultiMFA only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, unauthorized access, sending spam, distributing malware, and violating the rights of others.
5. Service Availability & Support
We strive to provide reliable, secure service, but MultiMFA is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We may occasionally need to perform maintenance or updates that could temporarily affect availability. Support is available via our support channels as described on our website.
6. Data Privacy & Security
Your privacy and security are important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information. You are responsible for safeguarding your own credentials and for promptly reporting any unauthorized access or security incidents.
7. SMS Text Messaging Policy (Opt-In/Opt-Out)
7.1 SMS Notifications
As part of the MultiMFA service, we may send text messages (SMS) to the mobile number you provide. These messages may include, but are not limited to:
- Multi-factor authentication (MFA) codes
- Account-related notifications or alerts
- Security and usage updates
- Promotional or marketing content (only if you explicitly opt in)
Message frequency will depend on your usage of the service. Standard message and data rates may apply as determined by your mobile carrier.
7.2 Opting In
You may opt in to receive SMS messages either during the signup process or through your account settings. By opting in, you confirm that:
- You are the owner or authorized user of the phone number provided
- You consent to receive SMS messages from MultiMFA
7.3 Opting Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any SMS you receive from us
- Updating your communication preferences in your account settings
- Contacting us at support@mmconsulting.com
Following an opt-out request, we may send a final confirmation message. Opting out of SMS may affect your ability to use certain MFA-related features.
7.4 SMS Data Handling
Your phone number and SMS-related data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your mobile number or use it for third-party marketing.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to MultiMFA at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or is otherwise harmful to us, our users, or third parties.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MultiMFA and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the service.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MultiMFA and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on our website and are effective upon posting. Your continued use of MultiMFA after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
