Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") outlines the acceptable and prohibited uses of the MultiMFA platform and related services provided by MultiMFA, Inc. ("MultiMFA", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with this Policy. If you violate this Policy, we may suspend or terminate your access to our services.
1. Prohibited Activities
- Illegal Activities: Engaging in any activity that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
- Fraud or Misrepresentation: Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any accounts, systems, networks, or data not intended for your use.
- Disruption or Harm: Interfering with, disrupting, or adversely affecting the normal operation, integrity, or performance of our services or others' use of them.
- Sending Unsolicited Messages: Using MultiMFA to send unsolicited or bulk messages (i.e., spam), including SMS messages, emails, or other communications.
- Distribution of Malware: Uploading, transmitting, or distributing viruses, worms, Trojan horses, corrupted files, or other malicious code.
- Infringement of Rights: Violating intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others, including copyright, trademark, patent, or trade secret laws.
- Content Violations: Transmitting or storing content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or racially or ethnically offensive.
2. Security Obligations
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify MultiMFA of any unauthorized use or security breach.
3. Enforcement and Monitoring
We reserve the right to investigate any violations of this Policy and take appropriate action at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:
- Suspending or terminating your access to the service;
- Reporting illegal activities to law enforcement;
- Pursuing legal remedies for any damage caused to us or our users.
4. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this Policy, please report it immediately to: abuse@multimfa.com
5. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify this Acceptable Use Policy at any time, effective upon posting the updated version to our website. Continued use of the service indicates your acceptance of the updated Policy.
