Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Effective Date: August 23, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") outlines the acceptable and prohibited uses of the MultiMFA platform and related services provided by MultiMFA, Inc. ("MultiMFA", "we", "us", or "our"). Our services include MultiMFA SMS, MultiMFA SMS (Cell), MultiMFA TOTP, and RoboMFA. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with this Policy. This Policy is part of our Terms of Service. If you violate this Policy, we may suspend or terminate your access to our services.

1. Prohibited Activities

  • Illegal Activities: Engaging in any activity that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Fraud or Misrepresentation: Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
  • Multiple Trial Accounts: Using additional accounts, including additional or alternate email addresses, to obtain more than one free trial. Multiple accounts are allowed. Additional free trials are not. Only the first trial associated with a person (including the same name) or network / IP address is permitted, unless MultiMFA grants extra trials on an existing account. Users found obtaining extra trials this way will be banned from the MultiMFA platform.
  • Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any accounts, systems, networks, or data not intended for your use.
  • Unauthorized MFA interception or circumvention: Using MultiMFA SMS, MultiMFA SMS (Cell), or any MultiMFA product to intercept, harvest, resell, or otherwise obtain authentication messages for accounts or systems you are not authorized to access, including account farming, mass verification abuse, impersonation, or public SMS verification resale. MultiMFA SMS (Cell) exists to provide legitimate teams with a carrier-issued MFA number where VoIP is unsupported; it is not a method to bypass security controls.
  • Disruption or Harm: Interfering with, disrupting, or adversely affecting the normal operation, integrity, or performance of our services or others' use of them.
  • Sending Unsolicited Messages: Using MultiMFA SMS, MultiMFA SMS (Cell), RoboMFA, or any of our services to send unsolicited or bulk messages (i.e., spam), including SMS messages, emails, or other communications.
  • Distribution of Malware: Uploading, transmitting, or distributing viruses, worms, Trojan horses, corrupted files, or other malicious code.
  • Infringement of Rights: Violating intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others, including copyright, trademark, patent, or trade secret laws.
  • Content Violations: Transmitting or storing content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or racially or ethnically offensive.

2. Security Obligations

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify MultiMFA of any unauthorized use or security breach.

3. Enforcement and Monitoring

We reserve the right to investigate any violations of this Policy and take appropriate action at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, including but not limited to:

  • Suspending or terminating your access to the service;
  • Reporting illegal activities to law enforcement;
  • Pursuing legal remedies for any damage caused to us or our users.

4. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this Policy, please report it immediately to: [email protected]

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this Acceptable Use Policy at any time, effective upon posting the updated version to our website. Continued use of the service after changes are posted indicates your acceptance of the updated Policy. For questions about this Policy, contact us at [email protected].
